Michael Donahoe
Michael holds degrees in Sociology and Psychology from Arizona State University. While at ASU, he served as operations coordinator for a Scottsdale flight school, gaining experience with single- and twin‑piston aircraft. After graduation, he worked as a Landman for Chesapeake Energy, leasing mineral rights across Oklahoma, Kansas, and Texas. After a few years of living in the Midwest, he took a position in NYC as a researcher for Jet Brokers (Chesterfield, MO), researching aircraft markets and presenting aircraft and the complex parameters to clients. He later co-led the development and promotion of an Anti‑Terrorism Aerial Surveillance System using the Beechcraft King Air 350 as an ISR platform (Aerial Surveillance Systems, Inc.), and has since been active in the acquisition and sale of business jets, turboprops, and piston aircraft.
As Head of Sales & Acquisitions for Integrated Aviation Group, Michael manages global transactions and leverages long‑standing relationships with family offices, D/Os, aviation managers, pilots, charter and management teams, dealers, brokers, FBOs, and MROs in the U.S., Central and South America and Western Europe. He combines operational ownership knowledge with a client‑first approach to protect customers’ financial interests.
Integrated Aviation Group, founded in 2015, is a transparent corporate aviation consulting firm that facilitates worldwide transactions with high ethical standards. Michael welcomes one‑on‑one meetings in the Scottsdale office, in-person or via Zoom/FaceTime.
